Navigating the Educational Landscape: the Educational Positioning System

In his blog The Learning Cloud, my colleague Dr. Bill Graves brings up the EPS concept in a recent post here. It appears that the concept (which I discussed in an earlier post) may be taking hold among a greater audience. Next week at the IMS Global Consortium meeting to be held at Texas A&M University, I will be presenting my thoughts on operational objectives and meta-data standards for an Educational Positioning System initiative.
